Non-Refundable Fee: The registration fee is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the content review process. By submitting payment, the content creator acknowledges and agrees that no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Purpose of Fee: The registration fee is intended solely to cover the administrative costs associated with the initial review of submitted content and potential placement on the COD platform. Payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance, placement, publication, or distribution of any content on the platform.

No Guarantee of Approval: Submission of content and payment of the registration fee does not establish or imply a contractual agreement for distribution, licensing, or monetization unless otherwise expressly agreed to in a separate, written agreement.

Contract Upon Acceptance: Upon successful completion of registration and acceptance of the submitted content, COD will issue a formal distribution agreement or contract to the content creator outlining the terms and conditions of content hosting, monetization (if applicable), and creator obligations.
